Courtney Heisen joined the Jonathan Stein Team in 2021, making her one of the team’s founding members. Her multi-faceted understanding of New York City’s luxury real estate encompasses everything from downtown lofts to uptown co-ops. Her discerning nature coupled with an uncompromising attention to detail have helped her earn the respect of clients who trust her with one of the most important purchases of their lives.

A graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. in Art History and Finance, Courtney is equally proficient with the aesthetic and practical aspects of finding a home. Her love of architectural history from all eras helps her recognize the details and craftsmanship that go into superior design, whether a newly-built condo or a brownstone townhouse, and her ability to read floorplans and calculate square footage gives her a clear view of any given property’s full potential. Her mastery of structuring deals and negotiating contracts is testified by her prior career of seven years at Christie’s auction house, where she applied these talents to the firm’s top consignments, while her grasp of market comps and statistics grounds her in the economic realities of the moment.
