Teagan Moriarty

Teagan Moriarty serves as the Operations Manager for the Jonathan Stein Team and is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. After spending her formative years in Manhattan, Teagan and her family moved upstate where she attended Emma Willard School. She then returned to the city in 2023 after spending several years in Florida. She brings a fresh perspective and a friendly, approachable demeanor to the team. Her strategic career shift from commercial insurance to real estate was driven by a desire for new challenges and a more creative, client-focused environment.

In her role, Teagan blends exceptional organizational skills with a passion for creating a positive, stress-free real estate experience for clients. Her previous role in commercial insurance honed her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, which now enhance her effectiveness in real estate transactions. She is committed to making the process of buying, selling, or renting as enjoyable and seamless as possible, leveraging her background to offer a unique perspective and dedicated support.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Teagan is an avid horseback rider, skier, traveler, and reader, constantly seeking new learning opportunities and adventures. She loves walking throughout the city with her dog, Magnolia, and you can find her enjoying a good book in the park on weekends.
