Experienced, trustworthy and relationship-oriented, Tim Schneider represents the Jonathan Stein Team in two of America’s most distinctive cities – New York and Charleston, SC. Hailing originally from Bedford, NY, Tim is now a resident of the beautiful Charleston suburb of Isle of Palms, where he enjoys the area’s laid-back pace and flawless beaches.

A graduate of Riverdale County School and Carnegie Mellon University, Tim’s pre-brokerage career was as Director of Operations at Phillips auction house, where his passion for art and design were put to practical use in the support of high net-worth clients. His talent for networking and maintaining contacts served him well in his transition into luxury real estate – many of his buyers have homes in both NYC and Charleston and he is well-versed in the markets, histories and property inventories of both locations, terming them “City and Beach.”
